In line with the Institute Social Order's mission of empowerment, it has become the venue for numerous trainings, conferences and meetings. Situated within the campus of the Ateneo de Manila University, it is an ideal venue for holding conferences and meetings because of its university atmosphere. At the ISO one gets a feeling of space and a quiet atmosphere which is conducive to learning. While sheltered from the barrage of activity found in a normal day in Metro Manila, it still gives easy access to the rest of the city if a change of setting is required.
